About Me
"SEE-lin CHAH-kuh"
I (she/her) am a third generation Seattleite who is proud to call the Northwest home. I got my BA in Psychology from the University of Washington, my MA in Psychology from Antioch University Seattle, and opened my private practice in 2013. I practice from the general framework of Internal Family Systems Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, but customize interventions to what works for each individual client, borrowing from
accepted theories as is appropriate.
I have been a sexual health educator and advocate for over 30 years. My goal is to normalize and reduce stigma around sexuality and identity, and to help clients enjoy their sexuality and lives in a healthy,
fulfilling, authentic way - whatever that may look like.

Outside of work, I enjoy:
- laughing with friends until we can't breathe
- baking delicious things
- eating delicious things
- creating nail art, which gets ridiculous at times
- rocket launches
- performing in musicals
- cats. I would like all of the cats, please.
